Robotics Parts Fabrication Process From Start to Finish

Here’s how we manufacture robotics components and production parts with precision and efficiency

Step 1: Design Review

Our team thoroughly reviews CAD files and project details to confirm part geometry, tolerances, material requirements, and functional goals. This early stage enables us to identify any manufacturability challenges and provide proactive recommendations before commencing machining services.

Step 2: Fixturing and Setup

We prepare all jigs, fixtures, and tooling to ensure your robotic part remains properly secured, providing accurate and repeatable results across every cycle. Our experienced technicians fine-tune setups to minimize variation and ensure optimal workflow.

Step 3: Precision Fabrication

Using advanced CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and robotic welding, we produce each component to exact specifications. Throughout fabrication, our strict process controls ensure stable dimensions, smooth finishes, and a precise fit for all custom robotic parts.

Step 4: Finishing

If specified, we apply tailored surface treatments, such as powder coating, anodizing, or passivation, to enhance appearance, corrosion resistance, and durability.

Step 5: Inspection and Testing

Every part undergoes thorough inspection against drawing tolerances and material properties. Our quality team utilizes a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMs) and calibrated metrology tools to verify critical dimensions and inspect surface consistency before releasing any production parts for shipment.

Step 6: Packaging and Delivery

Finally, we package your robotic components carefully to prevent transit damage and label them for easy traceability. Whether you require small-batch deliveries or large-scale production runs, we coordinate shipping schedules so your robotic solution arrives complete and on time.
