We install an abundance of different types of fasteners depending on customer specifications. Everything from pop rivets, solid rivets, all types of self-clinching fasteners, captive fasteners, keenserts, alignment pin, helicoils, nut plates, hinges, bearings, etc.
For helicoil installation we have several different types of installation tools including hand tools and automated insertion equipment allowing us to install accurately and rapidly.
We have several different types of and tools and machines for self-clinching hardware; which is typically a PEM Engineering product such as PEM nuts, studs, cable tie mounts, standoffs, right angle fasteners, etc. Our main machines for installation are Haeger hardware insertion presses allowing for quick setup and rapid production.
