Built for Durability and Precision

Every punched part is engineered to meet the specific requirements of its application, ensuring exceptional strength, durability, and reliability. From lightweight aluminum to corrosion-resistant stainless steel and robust carbon steel, we craft components that meet the most demanding industry standards

Materials We Work With

Here’s a closer look at the materials we work with.

Aluminum

Aluminum is favored for its lightweight strength and corrosion resistance. We work with aircraft-grade alloys and commercial aluminum to produce enclosures, structural panels, and precision parts for the aerospace and general industries.

Copper & Specialty Alloys

We also punch copper, brass, and nickel alloys for electrical components and specialty industrial applications where conductivity or corrosion resistance is critical.

Stainless Steel

Ideal for high-durability applications. We punch stainless steel sheets for engine housings, medical device frames, and food-grade components. Its corrosion resistance and strength make it a top choice for rugged applications.

Carbon Steel

When strength and rigidity are key, carbon steel delivers. We manufacture carbon steel components for heavy machinery, structural supports in aircraft, and buildings, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments

Why Work With Force Fabrication

Choosing the right fabrication partner can make all the difference. Here’s what sets Force Fabrication apart in delivering precision metal sheet punching services you can rely on.

End-to-End Solutions

We offer full-service metal fabrication. Once your sheets are punched, we can proceed directly to forming, welding, assembly, or surface finishing. Whether you’re building complex aerospace assemblies or custom consumer enclosures, we streamline the process to help you achieve your goals.

Skilled Fabrication Team

Our technicians and engineers bring decades of experience in aerospace, defense, and commercial metalwork. With deep knowledge of material behavior and industry requirements, we ensure your punched parts are functional and fabrication-ready.

Sheet Metal Punching Process

Here’s how our sheet metal punching process works, from initial design to final delivery.

Step 1 – Design Review & Planning

We review your CAD files or technical drawings to identify tooling needs, optimize punch patterns, and ensure material specifications align with your project. This step sets the foundation for precise sheet metal part fabrication.

Step 2 – Tool Setup & Programming

Our team sets up the necessary standard or custom punching tools and programs the CNC machines for accurate positioning. This ensures precise control throughout the CNC metal punching services, optimizing efficiency and accuracy.

Step 3 – CNC Punching

Utilizing advanced CNC punch press technology, we deliver high-speed punching with our turret punching services, ensuring consistent and repeatable results. Whether the layout is complex or straightforward, our metal punching services maintain top-notch precision.

Step 4 – Deburring & Finishing Prep

After punching, parts are cleaned and deburred to remove sharp edges. This step is crucial for preparing your sheet metal parts for subsequent processes, such as metal forming, coating, or contract assembly.

Step 5 – Inspection & Delivery

Each punched part undergoes thorough inspection for dimensional accuracy and finish quality. Once approved, your components are carefully packaged and shipped, ensuring they meet all your specifications and requirements.

PRECISION

Sheet Metal Punching

Sheet metal fabrication includes several processes one of them being CNC punching. We are running multi-tool turret CNC punch presses allowing us setup flexibility and fast turn around times.  Depending on the part design and geometry it can be a low cost alternative to laser cutting or other cutting approaches. If the sheet metal part has countersinks or any type of small formed in features it can be the best option. We have a standard turret load of tools setup in the machine that allows us to setup and run parts quick especially the simple parts requiring standard feature sizes. Typical raw materials we punch include aluminum, steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, copper and titanium. We have an extensive tooling inventory and can accommodate quick turn prototyping or high volume production runs.
