Our team manufacturers an abundance of precision sheet metal parts and CNC machined parts for the medical device industry. We are ISO9001:2015 registered and have extensive experience providing first article reporting, material and process certification requirements and lot traceability. The majority of our experience in the medical industry includes close tolerance sheet metal fabrication and machining of components and assemblies used in medical imaging systems, rugged scanners for radiography and digital photography. Additionally, with the rise of Covid 19 in 2020 we were heavily involved with a Southern California customer helping them with design for manufacturability, prototyping and manufacture of bridge ventilators. The build included several different types of mechanical parts requiring precision sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, assembly and finishing requirements.

We added two new CNC machining centers, HAAS VF2 SS mills. These additions are allowing us to provide more customers with machining services and reduced lead-times.

Our CNC programs in most cases utilize our customer’s geometry directly from their CAD files, which lowers costs, reduces errors, and provides shorter lead-times.

In many cases, we not only conduct the machining, we have the parts finished and install any hardware such as heli-coils, etc. Please contact us for any CNC machining requirements.
