Force Fabrication recently purchased an edge deburring machine from NS Maquinas to expand deburring capacity, saving time while providing more consistent parts.

The DM1100 C machine performs edge rounding and removes sharp edges on both external and internal contours of stainless steel, steel or aluminum parts cut in our laser, shear or punching machines.

Flat parts are fed through the machine to ensure consistent surface and edge quality. An optional conveyor system was included in the procurement, which allows parts to be returned to the operator for finishing both sides.

This machine works metal parts of different dimensions including products as small as 2.00” X 2.00”. The working width is 43.00”
